Mainly Dry Today, Higher Rain Chance Saturday
It will be another mainly dry day ahead with partly cloudy skies and maybe an iso'd t-shower or two. Highs today will reach the low to mid 90°s. A disturbance from the north will pass South Louisiana on Saturday. This will trigger a likely chance for showers and t-storms. Due to the higher chance for rain and additional cloud cover highs on Saturday will settle in the mid to upper 80°s. Next week the weather pattern will turn more typical for this time of year. Temperatures will be hot and steamy with a slight chance for afternoon showers and t-storms.
