Weather Report - June 7, 2013

A Few T-Showers Today

Don’t worry; the weather will be mainly dry for tonight’s big super regional baseball game. A few sct’d t-storms will be possible around noon, but we should see drier conditions by late this afternoon. Highs today will top out in the upper 80°s. Highs will be back into the 90°s on Saturday as rain chances remain at about 10%. So rain should stay at bay once again for game 2 Saturday night. A summerlike pattern will then set up to start next week. Sunday will see hot and steamy conditions with a few iso’d to sct’d showers and t-storms possible each day. This trend will continue until a ridge of high pressure builds towards the end of the work week. Highs will reach the mid 90°s starting Wednesday as the ridge moves closer. - Jeff Morrow / WAFB Storm Team
