Winter is Back!
The calendar says it's late March, but Mother Nature says we're not quite done with winter just yet! In fact, light freezes will be possible on both Tuesday and Wednesday mornings for areas near and north of the interstates. How unusual is that? Since 1930, Baton Rouge has only recorded 4 freezes after March 25, with the latest occurring on April 13, 1940. Rather cool weather stays with us through the mid part of this week, but we'll finally see temps returning to near-normal levels by Easter weekend.
