Weather Report - March 21, 2013

Clouds Increase Today

Clouds will be increasing through the day, but we will stay dry Thursday. Highs will top out once again in the low 70°s. A warming trend will occur as we end the week. Highs will climb into the mid 70°s tomorrow and near 80° on Saturday. A slight chance for rain enters the forecast Friday as our next storm system approaches. A cold front will enter the area on Saturday causing sct’d showers and t-storms. Widespread severe weather is not likely, but a few of the afternoon t-storms could cause large hail. Some light rain may hang around for portions of Sunday before skies clear out and temperatures cool down. The weather for the first half of the next work week is looking mighty fine. Temperatures will stay cool with lows in the low 40°s and highs in the mid 60°s. - Jeff Morrow / WAFB Storm Team
