Cold Weather Hangs Around
It was a cold morning start Friday with lows in the mid 30°s for most locations. The weather won’t immediately turn warm this time around. Highs Friday will top out in the mid to upper 50°s. A calm wind and clear skies will lead to another cold morning start Saturday with a light freeze possible in and around Baton Rouge. Highs on Saturday will stay very nice in the 60°s. A warming trend will begin on Sunday and continue into Christmas. Highs Monday and Tuesday will be in the 70°s, but the unChristmas like temperatures will be the least of our worries as t-storms are likely Christmas Day. That’s a result of a passing cold front.
