Temporary Relief from the Dog Days ...
The much advertised August cool front ,that pushed southward and stalled, triggered areas of spotty showers during the afternoon/evening yesterday! And, while we're not looking at any widespread rainfall on Titan 9 Doppler radar today or tomorrow (20%), there could still be a few isolated showers later in the day. However, another morning of lower humidity has certainly been quite pleasant ... the same holding true tomorrow, as well. Be prepared for a return to more "August like" conditions by the end of the week - more heat, humidity and a 30% - 40% rain chance both Friday and Saturday. - Diane Deaton, WAFB Storm Team
