Memorial Day Holiday Heat ...
It's generally known as the "unofficial" start of summer, but you have to admit, this Memorial Day holiday weekend will feel A LOT like summer has already arrived! Early morning temperatures will start off in the upper 60s to lower 70s - winding up with afternoon highs pushing into the mid 90s both Saturday and Sunday. And, speaking of, be careful in the heat this weekend - beginning tonight with Live After Five ... continuing with the big Bayou Country Superfest! There "could" be an isolated shower pop up on Titan 9 Doppler radar during the afternoon Memorial Day Monday; other than that, the next time we mention rain in the forecast isn't until the middle part of next week! - Diane Deaton, WAFB Storm Team
