Thursday evening into Friday has a 20-30 percent chance of thunderstorms clearing up Friday evening with partly cloudy skies. Saturday and Sunday are forecasted to be sunny and clear.

HAZARDOUS WEATHER: Areas of dense fog are expected to redevelop after midnight tonight. Fog will be most prevalent along and to the south of the Interstate 10/12 corridor. Visibility may be reduced to one quarter or less at times.
Scattered thunderstorms will be possible Thursday night as a cold front moves through the area.
Small craft advisories may be needed over the coastal waters Friday through Sunday in the wake of the cold front due to strong northerly winds in excess of 25 mph and rough seas.

The cold front and an associated upper level trough will generate widespread showers and isolated thunderstorms for the region on Thursday into early Friday.
