Hazardous Weather: Many area rivers and streams are swollen to bank full or in flood due to excessive rainfall totals from Tropical Storm Lee over the past three days. Area rivers and streams will remain at elevated levels through the week but will be aided in draining by northerly winds persisting through much of this week.
SOUTHWEST LOUISIANA: Today through Saturday is forecasted to be sunny and clear throughout each day.

HAZARDOUS WEATHER: Elevated fire danger is expected today and will continue for the next couple of days, as afternoon relative humidity values drop into the 20 to 30 percent range over east Texas and western Louisiana and into the 30 to 40 percent range over east and south central Louisiana. Recent rains and north winds that are not nearly as strong as they were yesterday will help offset this to some extent.
